Grown in the cool highlands of Santa María de Dota and processed with care at Coop Dota.

E5 – Colombia Supremo (Medium Roast – Colombia, Washed Arabica)
Comforting and classic, with caramel, toasted nuts & a touch of earth.
From large, uniform Supremo beans, roasted to a smooth, clean finish.
Structured and approachable – perfect for espresso, moka or cold brew.

E8 – Sumatra Gayo (Medium-Dark Roast – Sumatra, Semi-Washed)
Bold and grounding, with dark spice, dried fruit & earthy richness.
Cultivated in the misty Gayo Highlands and rooted in a biodiverse ecosystem.
Deep and satisfying, with a smooth texture that shines across all brew methods.
