Welcome to the Monkoffee website (“the Website”).
Use of the Website, including browsing, purchasing, or any other activity, is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Purchase Eligibility and Use

  • Purchasing products through the Website is permitted for individuals aged 18 years or older only

  • By placing an order, the user confirms that they are at least 18 years old and have read and agreed to these Terms

  • The Website may not be used for any unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harmful purpose

2. Orders, Shipping, and Delivery

  • An order will be considered valid only after final approval by Monkoffee and subject to product availability

  • Shipments are carried out via a third-party delivery company and coordinated with the customer

Estimated shipping costs and delivery times:

  • Central Israel (Gush Dan): approx. ₪18, up to 3 business days

  • Outside Gush Dan: approx. ₪30, up to 5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays beyond our control shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

3. Cancellations and Returns

  • Order cancellations and refunds are subject to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981

  • If a product is defective or does not match the order, the customer must contact customer service promptly

  • Requests regarding cancellations or issues may be submitted via email or phone

4. Product Responsibility

  • Responsibility for the products applies in accordance with applicable law and accepted industry standards

  • While every effort is made to inspect coffee beans carefully, rare cases of foreign objects may occur

  • Monkoffee shall not be liable for damage caused to external equipment (such as coffee grinders), except in cases of proven negligence

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including texts, images, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, and any other materials, is the exclusive property of Monkoffee or third-party rights holders.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

6. Use of Website Content

Website content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
Any commercial use, publication, or distribution of Website content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Marketing and Direct Communications

Users who subscribe to the mailing list consent to receive marketing communications.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.
Exclusive jurisdiction shall be vested in the competent courts in Israel.
