The medium roast balances bright notes of lemon and lime with a soft, rounded sweetness and a full body. A subtle zing in the finish adds depth to the cup, making it both refreshing and satisfying.

It works beautifully as espresso, where the citrusy edge is softened by a rich texture, or as filter, where clarity and balance shine.
