A washed organic coffee from Colombia, roasted medium+ to bring out a rounder body, deeper sweetness, and a smooth chocolate-forward character.

Notes of chocolate and ripe banana lead the cup, with a touch of lemon peel adding just enough brightness and balance.

The slightly deeper roast softens the acidity while keeping the coffee clean and expressive, creating a cup that is rich without becoming heavy.

As espresso, it produces a sweet, balanced and full-bodied shot, and works especially well with milk. It also performs beautifully in moka pot, French press, and other classic brewing methods.
