Grown in the highlands of Bensa, one of Ethiopia’s most celebrated coffee regions, this lot comes from Bombe — a renowned micro-region within Sidama known for producing exceptionally floral, fruit-forward, and expressive coffees.
Cultivated by smallholder farmers at remarkable elevations, the cool climate and rich soil allow for slow cherry maturation, contributing to the coffee’s vibrant acidity, layered sweetness, and complex aromatic profile.
This naturally processed lot was carefully dried on raised African beds, developing a juicy texture and wine-like complexity while maintaining clarity and balance throughout the cup.
Expect notes of ripe plum, blueberry jam, cola, brown sugar, and delicate spice, wrapped in a silky lactic texture and a long, sparkling finish.
