Monk is a small-batch garage coffee roastery.
Yes, it really all started in our home garage. We roast small batches that keep growing, while maintaining tight control over every step to ensure top quality.
The name Monk is a tribute to the great jazz pianist Thelonious Monk.
His playing style is filled with tension and endless excitement — qualities we strive to capture in every cup of our coffee.

Monk is a small-batch garage coffee roastery.
Our Italian-style roasting isn’t classic because we focus exclusively on Arabica beans, adapting each roast to highlight their unique qualities.
In addition, we craft lighter roasts tailored for various brewing methods, always with a strong focus on the coffee’s origin.
